CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

LATION/REFUND POLICY

ALL CANCELLATION/REFUND REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW & ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CAMP ADMINISTRATION AS OUTLINED BELOW.

HENDRIE SOCCER ACADEMY understands that family emergencies occur and that injuries happen. However, in order to make the best camp experience possible for those attending, we need to make significant camp investments well in advance of our start date. Coaching salaries, insurance, recreation fees, as well as soccer supplies, equipment and planning are some of the expenses that are budgeted based upon your intent to participate upon registering for our camp. As such, the policies regarding refunds are as follows:

Before June 1st = Full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee

After June 1st = Full refund minus an $80 non-refundable administrative fee.

Within 7 days of the opening of camp = Refunds will be considered ONLY FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES as outlined below.

If a player attending camp is injured at camp, the camp administration will consider a refund, minus the stated administrative fee.

  • Days not attended due to said injury will be pro-rated.

  • There will be no credit given for missing a portion of a day.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 72 hours and are subject to review by our camp administration.

  • Cancellations must be accompanied by a physician's note sent to hendriesocceracademy@gmail.com and should state why the player cannot participate or include appropriate family emergency documentation.

  • Without written medical documentation NO REFUND will be given.

Refunds will not be given for “no-shows” or for those who leave camp early for any reason other than being injured as stated above.

If a player is dismissed from camp for disciplinary reasons, he or she is not eligible for any camp refund or credit.

There will be NO refunds due to weather.

HENDRIE SOCCER ACADEMY reserves the right to change or cancel classes of the camp due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
